Warehouse and fulfilment problems are rarely about the warehouse alone. Orders arrive from a storefront, stock lives in one system, picking happens in another, and somebody keeps the two in agreement using a spreadsheet.
We build and connect the software in between, so an order that lands online becomes a pick, a pack and a dispatch without anyone rekeying it.
- Order routing and integration. We have wired a modern B2B storefront directly into an established on-premise order-routing system, moving orders both ways without changing how the office works.
- Inventory that matches reality. Stock levels, locations and movements held in one place, with the rules your operation actually follows.
- Scanning and device work. Barcode and RFID handling, kiosks and floor displays, including hardware that has to work in a live building.
- Chain of custody. Where an item went, who handled it, and when, kept as a record that holds up later.
- Reporting people trust. Numbers the operations team and the finance team both recognise.

We are not a reseller and not primarily a design agency. Where a project needs brand or visual design, we frequently work alongside a design firm and make sure what they produce works properly online.
What we bring is the engineering: integrations with systems nobody wants to touch, hardware that has to behave, and the operational detail that decides whether a rollout survives contact with the floor.

An operation cannot pause while software changes. We keep the existing system running, build alongside it, and move over in stages once the new path is trusted.
Then we run it. Hosting, monitoring, backups we test, and the changes you need next month, handled by the people who wrote the code.

Can you connect a warehouse system we already run?
Usually yes. We review the systems, available APIs, data formats and permissions before scoping an integration. Our experience includes connecting a modern B2B storefront directly to an established on-premise order-routing system.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We first look at whether a focused integration or a smaller internal tool would meet the need, because replacing a working system is the most expensive answer available.
Do you work with barcode scanners and other hardware?
Yes. We have built systems that drive barcode and RFID handling, kiosks and floor displays, including access control hardware in a live 24/7 building.
How do you move over without stopping the operation?
The existing system keeps running while we build alongside it, and the move happens in stages once the new path is trusted. After launch we run and support the system.
