Nothing. Tappity Tap has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Everything you log is stored on your iPhone and stays there.
When you scan a barcode that the app has not seen before, the barcode number is sent to Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org) to look up the product. No name, account or device identifier is sent with it. Nothing else is sent anywhere.
Motion & Fitness: to show your step count. Health: to read your weight for calorie estimates; the app writes nothing to Health. Camera: to read barcodes; nothing is recorded or saved. Notifications: to tell you when a timer or interval ends.
You can export a backup file from Settings, and deleting the app deletes everything it stored.
